A Life Changed Through Faithful Partnership – Ashley’s Story
In our ministry, we often say that every sponsored child carries a story of hope. Ashley Tamangani’s journey is one of those stories a testimony of how God works through faithful partners to change a life forever.
“My name is Ashley Tamangani, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity God has given me in life.
When I was in Grade 4, both of my parents passed away while I was living in Harare. After that, I moved to Mhondoro to live with my mother’s elder sister. She loved me deeply and did everything she could to take care of me, providing food, clothing, and paying school fees with the little she had. Even with her sacrifice, my future and education were never certain.
After passing my Grade 7 examinations in 2009, God opened a door through the child sponsorship program, made possible by faithful partners who chose to invest in the life of a child they had never met through ADMT. From Form 1 all the way to university, these partners stood with me and made it possible for me to stay in school.
Through their support and by the grace of God, I passed my Ordinary Level and Advanced Level studies and went on to Midlands State University, where I studied Insurance and Risk Management. I graduated with a first-class degree.
During my third year in 2019, while on industrial attachment, I was blessed to secure employment, and today I am still working for the same company. What once seemed impossible became reality because someone chose to give, someone chose to pray, and someone chose to believe that my life was worth investing in.
The support I received was not only financial. Because of the people who stood with me, I was also guided in my faith and encouraged to trust God even in difficult times. That foundation continues to guide my life today.
I am truly grateful to God and to every partner who made this possible.”
Ashley’s story is one of many we continue to witness. Because partners faithfully give, pray, and walk this journey with us, children who once faced uncertain futures are finishing school, growing in faith, and becoming leaders in their communities.

From Hopelessness to Hope: Tinashe’s Journey with ADM

“With their support, I completed my Ordinary Levels with commendable results and went on to earn a National Foundation Certificate in Brick and Blocklaying, a National Certificate in Building Technology, and I am now pursuing a National Diploma in Civil Engineering—all under ADM’s guidance and encouragement.”
