- Through the internship program, those who feel called into ministry are trained and exposed to life in ministry as they work with the different churches.
- For those who want to continue, opportunities are then available to attend a Bible College through an ADM sponsorship.
- After graduation, the Evangelists & Pastors devote themselves to planting and pastoring our Churches.
Training of Church & Community leaders
- Through the Evangelism & Leadership School, as well as seminars, workshops and conferences, ADM has ,since 2002 been providing training and resources for leaders,Churches, and communities so that they can assume their leadership responsibilities and serve God more effectively.
Seminars/workshops
- These are one day to one week opportunities for training in different leadership areas. Some of the issues covered include Church Growth, Administration, Personal Leadership Development, Management, Financial Discipline, Functions/Roles of a Leader, Team building, Vision and many more. We also provide tailor-made training programmes for different organizations.
